Reviews and Ratings
While the hotel's location offers a good view of Naha and proximity to the main street, the rooms are dark and dated, which may affect the overall experience. The service is friendly but with limited English skills. The dining options are somewhat limited and may not provide the best value. However, the hotel's facilities are well-maintained, providing a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
I found the hotel to be a great choice despite a few drawbacks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent internet speed. Although upgrading to the premium floor for a better view came at an extra charge, I felt it was worth it. The pricing could have been a bit lower as it was close to exceeding $500, but overall, a pleasant stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided a good internet connection after some initial adjustments. The service was sincere and went out of their way to assist us. The location was convenient to the main tourist spots, although the hotel entrance was a bit hidden. The dining options were varied, but at times, there was a wait due to crowds. Overall, a good value for money with some minor drawbacks.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, equipped to meet my needs 24 hours a day, which was fantastic. However, due to the high occupancy on the island, it tended to get a bit noisy from passers-by. The service was excellent, with friendly and very helpful staff going out of their way to assist guests. The location, although a bit tricky to find as it's on top of a hill with a hidden entrance, offered a good view of Naha but required a bit of a hike from Kokusai-Dori. The dining experience was average, with limited choices and below-average food quality at the Printemps restaurant. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory overall.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although a bit small for the bigger double room option and feeling a bit old, were overall large, clean, and came with a wonderful green tea touch. The service was exceptional, as they arranged a large car taxi pick up for my morning flight and the staff was incredibly polite - almost to the point of being embarrassing. The location, while somewhat distant from the main street in Naha at 1.6 km in a residential area on top of a hill, turned out to be a great decision due to its cleanliness and easy access to key areas like Kakusai Dori and the main tourist street. The dining experience was decent with an abundance of selections, but a bit disorganized and crowded, making it necessary to wait in line for a while, though the hot dishes were good. The facilities were satisfactory, providing all the necessary amenities. The value for money was reasonable considering the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean, typical of Japanese standards, and the staff made sure we had a good internet connection after some initial issues. The price of USD150 for each night was reasonable. While the view of Naha was lovely, the location up the hill from Kokusai-Dori could be a bit challenging.
The hotel room was larger than other Naha city hotels and quite spacious by Japanese standards. Although the carpeting and wallpaper needed updating, the room was extremely comfortable, spacious, and very clean.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering three proper beds, a rarity by Japanese standards. The service was outstanding, with helpful staff who assisted me in contacting a taxi driver for my lost wallet. The location was good, within walking distance to the main street in Naha, although a bit of a challenge to find due to its hidden entrance. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a wide selection of international dishes for breakfast.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were well-stocked with sleep and bathroom amenities, the western style was a nice touch, and the space with three single proper beds was impressive. The lack of a fitness room was a downside, but overall, it was very comfortable and well-appointed.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious, with convenient storage for luggage. The bed was cozy, the internet was speedy, and I found the unique kettle-come-hot water dispenser quite interesting. The service was top-notch, from helping us explore the local area to assisting with any needs we had; I even got to use the computer in the business center for free. The location was fantastic, a short walk from the center of Naha and overlooking Cape Manzana, but slightly challenging to reach due to the uphill climb from the monorail station. The dining experience was decent, although quite busy with tour groups, and I appreciated the discounted charge for meals. Overall, a great value for money option with enjoyable facilities.
